Clothing Boutique
information
Our Clothing Boutique is designed to support foster, adoptive, and kinship families by providing new clothing, toys, and books, all at no cost.
Because every child deserves to have what they need to feel comfortable and confident at home, in school, and at play.
Who
can shop
- Licensed foster parents (DFCS or private agency)
- Parents who have adopted from the foster system or have court-ordered subsidized guardianship
- Kinship/relative placements through CPS/DFCS or a private agency
- Current foster youth in transition (ages 18–23) with a Foster Care Liaison Case Worker
Shopping
Hours (by appointment only)
- Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
- Saturdays: 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
What
to bring
- Photo ID (required for all parents)
- Placement/adoption paperwork (for foster, kinship, or adoption)
- Returning shoppers: please bring your IKEA bag

New
placements
If you receive a new placement, we can provide a duffle bag with essentials within 24–48 business hours.

Case Manager, please share this resource with foster families you support. Caseworkers are also welcome to shop on behalf of families.
