The weight of belongings without belonging
Clothing insecurity is a hidden crisis affecting more than 20 million children across the United States.
Without the right clothes, children face more than discomfort, they experience harm to their health, safety, and self-esteem. These challenges can ripple into school performance, social confidence, and long-term success.
For children impacted by foster care, the challenge can be even more heartbreaking. Many enter a new home with only the clothes they’re wearing, their few belongings stuffed into a garbage bag.
Restoring dignity, one outfit at a time
Our Clothing Boutique, it’s a place where dignity is restored and confidence is renewed. Foster, adoptive, kinship families can shop for new clothing, toys, and books at no cost.
For children entering foster care, we provide a duffle bag filled with essential items (clothing, toiletries, comfort items) so their first days in a new home are met with care, not shame.

We serve by:
- Providing brand-new clothing, shoes, and toiletries for youth ages 0–21.
- Supporting milestones like prom and college move-ins with clothing and dorm supplies
- Offering a personalized, appointment-based shopping experience
